Trendysole Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered but if something isn’t right, let us know! Exchanges and Returns are gladly accepted if received within 45 days of date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. Items must be returned in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in anyway. We suggest that you try your shoes on indoors or on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside, this will allow you to test the ‘fit’ without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. To expedite the processing of your return/exchange package, you MUST clearly write your order number on the outside of the package and also specify whether you are requesting a Return or Exchange.

Exchanges : If you would like to place an exchange order, you have 2 convenient options. To ensure stock availability feel free to simply place a new order online for a different size, color or style and then return your original item. Upon receipt, we’ll immediately credit your account for the original purchase price of the returned items. For your own protection, we suggest that you insure your package according to its value. Or, send back your original order and note would you would like us to exchange. Once received, we will promptly send you your new items.

If you are a Mall customer, your email, name and address will never be shared.

TELEPHONE NUMBERS: We don’t like unwanted calls either. So, we will never share your phone number. We will only use it to contact you regarding your order or for a customer service issue.
